From the Vault: China Glaze Blue Sparrow

China Glaze Blue Sparrow

Here's a swatch using two coats of China Glaze Blue Sparrow, with no top coat. I saw it at the store and thought it sounded cool because the label says that it's a neon (even though it's not bright enough to be a neon, in  my opinion). It has the typical matte(?) finish of a neon polish, but appears rather gritty once dried because it contains shimmer/glitter particles. The grittiness helped it stay on my nails without chipping, but it also required some effort to remove. It looked a lot nicer in the bottle than on my nails, so I'm gonna have to try it out with a top coat next time!

I love the color but I agree with you to put top coat next time so it'll look little bit smooth! Love your nails! xx Joice

While I love that sandpaper look to it, I agree that a topcoat would help to bring out the little glitter particles. ^_^ Beautiful color!
