Oreo Crumbles

Essence White Secret + Lynnderella Connect the Dots

This is two coats of White Secret, followed up with Connect the Dots, another coat of White Secret, and then another coat of Connect the Dots. This combo reminded me so much of cookies and cream that I just had to whip out my good ol' Oreo 6's for photographic purposes (;

Despite its monochromatic color scheme, Connect the Dots is one of the most complex layering polishes I've ever owned! There's black and white bar glitter, small white glitter, white microglitter/shimmer, small white hexagons, large white hexagons, small black squares, and large black squares! I gotta send a quick shout out to Rosalinda of The Lacquer Room for sending me a decant of this extremely hard to get polish, so that I could see what the hype was about for myself. I will be eternally grateful for this lady! (: ♥

Speaking of Oreos, have you tried green tea flavored Oreos?

I got these from a local Japanese market. They were pretty pricey, running at around $5 for 8 cookies!

I'm personally not diggin` the soft cookie, and the green tea filling is a bit mild for my super sweet tooth. Definitely interesting, though!

That polish is pretty cool!! That's lucky she sent you some, how nice!! It definitely looks like cookies and cream, especially how you jelly sandwiched em. And for the record- I like green tea ice cream at sushi but green tea Oreos just sound wrong!!! Haha.

This mani matches your snickers perfectly ^^ How cool! And it's actually a really good combo, the effect is quite different! Don't take those words lightly either, finding a "different" polish is hard nowadays, everything has been invented more or less! But anyhow I seem to have some trouble with the glitter bars, they just don't appeal me at all!

Augh! You have Connect the Dots?!?! I am super jealous now. This is one of the few Lynns I've been lemming. I love it paired with your Oreo 6's! I've yet to see green tea oreos here but I'm always on the lookout for odd candy/cookies here. Once I spied a bag of shrimp flavored Doritos but didn't buy them... I am so kicking myself for that now, lol!
