Scherer Petites Epic!
Epic! is an awesome cornflower blue jelly with translucent flakies. The flakies give this polish an awesome glow in the light. It also reminds me of dandruff! But don't let that deter you from picking this one up at your local Rite Aid--I think it's a great find (:
The polish looks extremely sheer with one coat, but it's buildable! I could have used two coats for an opaque finish, but I did three in the pictures above.

Definitely a flakie! So darn pretty... I love how that sheer formula makes it look dimensional when you build it up.
