I've been blogging for over a year now, but it wasn't until more recently that I discovered what I like to blog about. I started off doing a bit of everything... sneakers, makeup, nails, cars, and just random photography in general. I generally prefer blogs that are more focused, so it always kinda bugged me that my posts where all over the place.
Then just the other day, I was scheduling posts and looking over my more recent posts when it clicked. Nails and sneakers were always a focal point of my posts, but it's been even more so as of late. I didn't have to ponder over my blog's topics anymore, because it seems I've already weeded out topics without realizing it!
The other thing is, I've been dying to change my layout since forever, but never got around to it.
So with my recent epiphany, I've decided to completely revamp my blog--name, layout, and all. I hope y`all like the new look (:
Oh, and before I end this post, I'd like to send a HUGE shout out to Lita! I have absolutely no experience in graphics design or Adobe Photoshop whatsoever, but with her helpful tutorials, I was able to figure it out and get my banner and blog buttons somewhat resembling what I had envisioned. Thank you thank you Lita! I couldn't have done it without you :D

Wow, makeover! I love the new look! I really really liked the multicolored shoelaces, so I'm going to miss those. Tasty Tuesdays was kind of fun too. I noticed that kind of died off, also your eyeshadow posts. I was thinking of starting two new blogs, but my nail polish blog takes up all my extra time.
Well, I'm looking forward to more of your polishes, shoes and cars.

I LOVE YOUR BLOG MAKEOVER. LIKE I silently internally shriekd with delight. super pretty! i want a makeover too! ive been practicing w my blog and revamping it ever so often with simple changes only but wow im jealous. i wanna learn how to make my own banner. will have to be creative! haha :D

@ LO: thanks lora! haha yeah they can, and i'm sure whatever you come out with will look way better! i wish the 'lacquers' part came out better, cause i wasn't sure where to place the highlights and i didn't add any shadows :x but yeah i just had a surge of creativity so i needed to get on it before it died out lol. i made it myself and i learned so much through process of trial and error cause PS is so confusing with all the layers! but i get it now (:

And i really understand how you wanted to have an more focused blog. I kinda hate myself for not really being able to choise one subject to blog about.. for that reason i thought about making a new blog a lot.. because this one really has no clear subject ><

Then I saw the post and looked again, and I was like "YEP, I was right, things changed".
LOVING the graphics!!! Ohh boy Wish I could do all that. So cute. Especially the social network buttons. LOVE it all.
