Twinkly Love

Sinful Colors Cinderella + Revlon Whimsical + Kleancolor Twinkly Love + Etude House LUCIDarling 07

I'm really excited about the mani I have to show you today, because I finally got Whimsical to work for me! You can tell from the bottle how much I've used this polish, but this was the only time that I've liked the result enough to post it.

For this mani, I started off with Cinderella. It's a relatively sheer polish, so I used three coats to get a perfect finish. Then I layered on one coat of Whimsical. I didn't have a toothpick on hand, so I used the polish brush to pick out individual hearts from Twinkly Love and placed them where I wanted them. After all those steps, my mani still seemed a bit incomplete so I took LUCIDarling 07 and dabbed extra blue glitter where I felt was necessary, and sealed everything off with Seche Vite top coat.

OMG! I just one bottle of Cinderella, yesterday, it is so hard to find nowadays. I was going to ask you if you wanted me to send it to you. JEEZE! Anyways, I have the Lippmann version and I want to revisit that polish. Very nice combo.

Seriously adorable! I've tried Whimsical a couple of times and haven't been able to get it to dry without bubbling on me, but I'm not ready to give it--I just love it so much! And is looks so totally cute with the extra hearts you added, too. Very, very sweet! :D

Hurray for Whimsical! I keep reaching for it even when I DON'T want glitter and jellies.. it's s alluring.

Love the glitter on top as well, how many coats of Seche did you use? That's the effect I've always wanted, It looks as if they are encased in glass o_o

Revlon polishes are such jerks haha! I remember only a couple times where my manicure didn't bubble, dent, get pulled back, and then I would just scrape it off and growl. This is gorgeous though!
